MINING DEPARTMENT

In 2017, Betonpartner Hungary Ltd. established an independent mining department to help overcome problems in raw material supply in the construction industry.

The department's task is to produce quality raw materials necessary for the uninterrupted service of our customers.

For the production of classified sand and gravel, we have one of Europe's most modern suction dredgers: DÖPKE-Saugbagger Typ S IV E Katamaran Druckrohr DN300, equipped with modern sonar and GPS systems for perfect performance. The system includes 400 meters of pipeline laid on floating pontoons, SKG dehydrator wheel, shore, and deposition conveyor belts. The classification of excavated sandy gravel is carried out using Powercreen Commander 408 and Finlay 393 classifiers.

Produced fractions: OH 0/4, OK 4/8, OK 8/16, OK 16/32

We also have 2 mobile wet screens (TRIO TTH 5163 and Powerscreen Chieftain 1700 type equipment), which can be easily installed, making them suitable even for projects. The machines have a production capacity of 20,000-30,000 tons/month each.
